Aloha, And Welcome To My First Blog on Fine Art America!

I’m excited to announce that I have been chosen for the cover of the January/February 2014 issue of Ke Ola Magazine. The cover features my latest painting, a breaching whale titled “Good Morning Kona”. Inside, is a very nice article about yours truly. It is a great honor to be chosen for this, and I am both excited and humbled by the experience. What a great way to begin the new year!
If you are on the Big Island, Ke Ola (The Life) Magazine is available for free at most galleries and many local businesses. If that's too long a drive for you, and perhaps there is a large body of water between you and the Big Island, you can read the current issue on their website Keolamagazine.com. I also have a shiny new website for 2014. I will expand it over time and perhaps add an e-commerce storefront, but for now it is a great way to present visitors a sampling of my work, and offer a variety of ways to purchase it. Those on the Big Island can visit one of the numerous galleries that carry my originals and giclees.
